By submitting the registration, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the child, declare and accept the following:
I declare that I have parental or legal guardianship rights over the child registered and hereby grant permission for the child to participate in ski lessons, sports activities, training sessions, or summer sports camps organized by Pasaréti Síiskola and/or Normafa Síiskola.
I declare that the child is in suitable physical condition to participate in sports activities and has no illness, injury, or medical condition that would make participation unsafe or inadvisable.
I undertake to inform the organizers without delay of any relevant medical condition that may affect the child's safe participation, including but not limited to allergies, medication sensitivities, chronic illnesses, or injuries.
I acknowledge that skiing lessons and other sports activities involve physical activity and therefore carry inherent risks.
I understand that despite proper supervision and safety precautions, minor accidents, falls, or injuries may occur during sports activities.
I also acknowledge that skiing on an artificial plastic slope differs from skiing on natural snow and may involve specific technical and coordination challenges.
I acknowledge that the child must follow the instructions of the instructors, organizers, and facility staff at all times and must comply with the safety rules and regulations of the sports facility.
I accept that the organizers reserve the right to immediately remove a participant from the activity or program if the participant:
endangers their own safety or that of others,
repeatedly ignores instructor instructions,
violates safety rules,
or seriously disrupts the activity.
Removal from the program does not entitle the participant to a refund.
I understand that appropriate and properly adjusted sports equipment is necessary for skiing activities.
If the child uses personal equipment, the parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is in safe and appropriate condition.
If equipment is provided by the organizers, the child must use it properly and as instructed.
I acknowledge that supervision of the child is provided only during the officially scheduled time of the lesson or program.
Before the start of the activity and after its completion, responsibility for the child's supervision remains with the parent or legal guardian.
I authorize the organizers to provide first aid to the child if necessary and to seek medical assistance or call emergency services in case of injury or urgent medical need.
I acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, programs, or activities in particular due to:
weather conditions,
safety considerations,
technical or operational reasons,
or circumstances affecting participant safety.
I acknowledge that photographs or video recordings may be taken during lessons and camps for documentation and communication purposes.
I agree that the organizers may use such images for informational and promotional purposes (such as on websites or social media), while respecting the dignity and privacy of the child.
By submitting the registration, I confirm that I have read and accept:
the Privacy Policy,
and the booking, cancellation, and payment rules.
I acknowledge that by selecting the checkbox during the online registration process, I confirm that I have read and accepted the contents of this declaration and that it is legally binding.
